Asian Artists Exchange Program =
Christened "The Open Boat," this exchange program represents a vessel of interconnectedness, navigating between the island of Taiwan and the winding waterways of the Mekong region. With an open mind and welcoming arms, we are ready to reestablish a platform for cross-cultural dialogue in the post-pandemic era.
